- Fish in slices (I used croaker)1.500 kg
- Chopped Ripe Tomato2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Minced garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Tomato extract2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Fresh Coconut Milk300 ml
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Seasoning edu guedes to taste
- Clean the fish well.
- Season with salt, garlic, lemon and lemon pepper.
- Let it rest for 1 hour
- In a pan, place the fish fillets, paprika, cumin, tomatoes, onions, peppers, edu guedes seasoning, coriander and tomato paste.
- Take to the fire to cook.
- Leave the pan covered and add water, forming a broth.
- When the fish starts to cook, add the coconut milk and let it finish cooking and thicken the broth.
