- Red bell pepper in strips1/2 unit(s)
- Green peppers in strips1/2 unit(s)
- Onion in half moon1/2 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato cut in half10 unit(s)
- Shimeji1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon zest to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Chives to taste
- large aluminum foil sheets3 unit(s)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
- On the sheet of aluminum foil with the shiny side up, place a fish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place the peppers, onion, tomatoes and shimeji on top and season with salt and oil.
- Seal the foil like an envelope, being careful not to tear it. Repeat the process with the other fillets.
- Place the papillotes on a baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, open carefully, and serve in the aluminum foil. If desired, garnish with chives.
