- Fish of your choice1 kg
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- English Potato3 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper1 teaspoon
- Coriander to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Saffron to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Season the fish with salt and reserve.
- In a form put oil and cut 2 potatoes and tomato in slices. Arrange the fish in the pan and season with pepper, garlic, vinegar and saffron.
- Cut the onion and tomato into slices and put it on the fish, drizzle the tomato sauce, put the rest of the potato and tomato and finish with cilantro. Let marinate for 20min
- After marinating, bake in the oven at 180° and leave for 15 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven, put the coconut milk and leave it in the oven for 30 min, wetting the fish with the broth that forms.
