- mozzarella200 g

- Ready-made tomato sauce200 g
- water200 ml
- soybean oil for frying1 cup
- wheat flour for breading2 cup
- parsley to taste
- crushed garlic4 unit(s)
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- Season the fish with garlic, salt and pepper. set aside for 20 minutes. Roll in wheat and fry
- Chop the onion and tomatoes into large pieces. Cook the onion until golden, then add the tomato. After everything is sautéed, add the ready-made tomato sauce and a small glass of water. Bring to a boil, add the parsley and set aside.
- Spread some sauce on a marinex or medium tray, place the already fried fish, on top of each fish a little sauce, on top of the sauce a slice of ham and another slice of mozzarella and finally more sauce.
- Bake for 15 minutes
