- 6 thick fish steaks of your choice, 500 grams of shrimp, 500 grams of squid, all cleaned 3 large cloves of garlic, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper all cut into slices, half a bunch of coriander, palm oil, 200 ml of coconut milk, salt and black pepper to taste..1 kg
- In a pan, lightly brown the garlic with olive oil, add the tomato, onion and peppers, sauté for 3 minutes, season with salt and black pepper and palm oil, (reserve half...)
- In the stew that was left in the pan, place the steaks delicately and on top of the coconut milk, let it boil for 2 minutes, add the shrimp, on top of the shrimp put the rest of the stew... And on top of the squid, cover with the cilantro and cook for 5 minutes and it's ready..(serve with white rice and mush)
