Coriander1 to taste
Green onions1 to taste
Salt1 to taste
Lemon1 unit(s)
Crushed Garlic Clove1 dessert spoon
Colorau1 tablespoon
Chopped seedless tomato2 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1 cup
Black Pepper1 to taste

Clean the fish very clean. In a bowl add the fish, garlic, lemon, salt, chives and cilantro, stir well to season.
In a pan add oil, garlic and onion, sauté.
Then add the seedless tomatoes, fish and black pepper. Add enough water to cover and cook for 30 minutes.
