- Coriander1 cup
- Green onions1 cup
- Crushed garlic1 teaspoon
- Oil4 dessert spoon
- Lemon Juice1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Clean the fish and cut into pieces.
- Season with lemon, pepper, seasoning and salt.
- In the pan add 4 tablespoon of oil, garlic and onion stir until golden.
- Then add the fish, chives, cilantro and enough water to cover.
- Let it cook for 20 minutes, then chop the eggs and let it cook for another 5 minutes or until the eggs on top are cooked. Ready
