- Dogfish steak or grouper700 g
- Lemon juice1 cup
- Onion cut into large rings1 unit(s)
- Red bell pepper cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Green Peppers, sliced1 unit(s)
- Ripe Tomatoes, Sliced2 unit(s)
- Chopped coriander2 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Palm oil1 tablespoon
- Shrimp Broth Tablets2 unit(s)
- Wash the fish well, drizzle with the lemon juice and let it rest for about 1 hour.
- In a large pot, place the fish, onion, peppers, tomatoes and sprinkle with cilantro.
- Crumble the shrimp broth tablets, mix them with the coconut milk and drizzle the fish.
- Bring to a low heat with the Penela partially covered for 20 minutes.
- Stir a few times until it is cooked.
- Add the palm oil and add salt.
- Remove from heat and serve with rice.
