  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Canned mushroom sliced250 g
  • Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
  • Whiting fillet cut into cubes750 g
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour1 teaspoon
  • Whole milk1 cup
  • Sour cream1 cup
  • Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
  1. In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
  2. Stirring gently, add mushrooms, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add the fish and cover the pan - cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the salt, the wheat flour dissolved in the milk, stir well and let it thicken.
  5. Mix the cream of milk let it warm up and turn off the fire. Sprinkle the parsley.
  6. Serve with white rice, salad and straw potatoes.
