- Oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped medium onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic3 unit(s)
- Canned mushroom sliced250 g
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
- Whiting fillet cut into cubes750 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour1 teaspoon
- Whole milk1 cup
- Sour cream1 cup
- Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Stirring gently, add mushrooms, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the fish and cover the pan - cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the salt, the wheat flour dissolved in the milk, stir well and let it thicken.
- Mix the cream of milk let it warm up and turn off the fire. Sprinkle the parsley.
- Serve with white rice, salad and straw potatoes.
