- Diced fish fillet600 g
- Turmeric1 teaspoon
- Chopped medium onion1/2 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1/3 cup
- Diced seedless tomato2 unit(s)
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Lemon Juice1 dessert spoon
- Lemon zest1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro or chives to taste
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Season the fish cubes with salt, lemon juice, lemon zest and red pepper. Reserve. Sauté the chopped onion with olive oil and turmeric for five minutes. Add the chopped bell pepper and tomatoes. and sauté for another five minutes. Add the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Check salt and pepper. Put the fish and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. Sprinkle chives and serve hot 😋
