- Coconut Milk50 ml
- Garlic to taste
- Palm oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)

- Mineral water500 ml
- Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon, and let it marinate.
- At the same time, chop the onion, garlic and tomato into small cubes. Chop the bell pepper too, but it must be cut into strips.
- Then, in a pan, add oil and sauté the tomato, onion, garlic and pepper over low heat.
- Add the fish with the marinade and let it taste for approximately 5 minutes.
- After that, add the water and let it cook until it boils.
- After boiling add coconut milk and palm oil.
- With a fork, check the doneness of the fish, the right point is the one where the fish is whitish and it is possible to see small divisions in its fibers.
- Taste the broth and adjust salt and pepper if necessary. Then turn off the fire and season with smell to see.
