- Fish with firm flesh in small fillets1 kg
- Coconut milk800 ml
- Tomato Passata1 unit(s)
- Paprika (sweet, spicy and smoked)3 teaspoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Fresh coriander1 unit(s)
- Sauté the onion for 5 minutes in oil, without browning. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the paprika and sauté for 1 minute. Add the passata and mix well. Add the coconut milk and wait for it to boil.
- Season the broth with salt, season the fish with salt and dip the pieces into the broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Finish with coarsely chopped coriander with the fire off.
- Serve with white rice and more fresh cilantro on top.
