- Tilapia fillets500 g
- Frozen summer salad (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)300 g
- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Rosemary sprig1 cup
- Basil sprig1 unit(s)
- Ginger Powder to taste
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter paper1 unit(s)
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Reserve.
- Cover the bottom of a pan with parchment paper so that it rests on the paper on the sides.
- In the center of the parchment paper, accommodate the vegetables forming a bed.
- Add the sliced onion and the peeled crushed garlic cloves.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Drizzle with a little oil.
- Place the fish on top of the vegetables.
- Place the sprig of basil and rosemary on top of the fish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Take another piece of parchment paper and cover the fish, twisting the scraps of paper around the sides.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
- Open the foil and serve immediately.
