- Mashed ricotta6 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oat bran6 tablespoon
- Chia flour2 tablespoon
- Chopped red onion1/4 cup
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Model the burgers and grill on both sides in a non-stick skillet greased with olive oil and on low heat.
