- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Corn flour1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Oil500 ml
- Cut the fillet into smaller pieces and season with salt, spices and lemon, and leave to marinate for half an hour.
- In a container, mix the wheat flour and corn flour and pass the fillets on both sides in this mixture.
- Fry the fillets in hot oil until golden brown.
