- Squid Rings800 g
- Milk1 cup
- White Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Oil1 l
- Parsley to taste
- In a bowl, place the milk and vinegar, mix
- Add the squid rings and place the bowl in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Put the oil in the pan and let it heat up.
- In a bowl put the seasonings salt, lemon paprika and wheat flour, mix
- Take the rings out of the fridge and put them in the bowl, fry them one by one for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Remove the rings from the oil and place on a paper towel-covered refractory.
- Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately
