- Cut a piece of the fish, wash it well, let all the water drain, pass the salt, then pass the white flour all over the piece of the fish, let it rest to get the salt well
- In a frying pan put oil
- Turn on the fire, let the oil heat up well, put the fish and let it fry
- When it's golden brown, turn it over to fry the other side of the fish.
- After it was fried, I put the onion, wrapped around it to give it that more special taste, it's up to each one.
