- Wheat flour10 tablespoon
- Oil100 ml
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt to taste and lemon and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- To fry, coat the fillets one by one, in wheat flour and remove the excess under the faucet and take it to the frying pan.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
- Serve with a good mashed potato.
