- Tilapia1 kg
- Cassava flour2 cup
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying1 cup
- In a bowl add the fish and season with garlic, cumin and salt until August let it rest for 10 minutes.
- After the resting time, we will add our manioc flour in a bowl and then pass and coat all our fish in manioc flour.
- Then put the oil to heat and as soon as it is heated add the fish and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
