- Hake fillet600 g
- Wheat flour5 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Oil to taste
- Peel the garlic and, together with the salt and lemon, season the fish. Pour the oil on top so the flavor penetrates the fish.
- Mix the wheat flour with the oregano and the breadcrumbs (for breading).
- Fry both sides of the fish. Serve.
