  1. Open the sardine like a fillet, clean and wash the sardines well.
  2. Season with salt, garlic, lemon and pepper.
  3. Mix cornmeal and wheat flour.
  4. Put the oil in the skillet and heat the oil well.
  5. Dip the sardines in the mixture of fuda and wheat flour.
  6. When the oil is very hot, fry the sardines.
