- Oil400 ml
- Paper towel5 unit(s)
- Place the sardines in a container
- Add the garlic, the sazon and the arisco seasoning and mix well.
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes
- Put the oil in a pan and let it heat up.
- Add the sardines little by little and let them fry a lot.
- Remove from the pan and place the oil on a paper towel to drain.
