- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Seasoning with salt and garlic to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Open the sardines and remove the bones.
- Place in a vase, add the lemon and seasoning, let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put the oil in a deep pan and let it heat up.
- Take the fish and pass it through the breadcrumbs and throw it in the hot oil.
- Repeat this process with all the fish, when golden, remove from the heat and place on a paper towel.
