- Garlic50 g
- Olive oil to taste

- Put water to boil with a generous pinch of salt until it starts bubbling, add the noodles to the desired point (I prefer it a little firmer so it doesn't get mushy in the second stage)
- Clean the prawns and season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice and set aside Chop the already sanitized garlic and sausage.
- In a large frying pan, heat and drizzle with olive oil, add the chopped garlic when it is almost golden, place the prawns, until they are rotated, add the tomatoes and lastly the noodles.. adjust the salt if needed and finish with chopped parsley
