- Wheat flour180 g

- Tomato sauce400 ml

- Gnocchi: Roast the peeled potatoes with coarse salt in the oven at 220°C for 30min. Squeeze while still hot and mix the egg yolks, flour, oil, cheese and nutmeg. Allow to cool, roll and cut. Cook in a pan with boiling water when the gnocchi rises, wait 1 minute and remove.
- Octopus: In a pan, sauté half an onion and 1 clove of garlic. Add water up to 3 fingers below the edge When it boils, add 1 tablet of vegetable broth. Place the octopus by dipping and removing 3 times to make the tentacles well curled. Then cook for 1 hour on medium heat.
