- Sea Salt to taste
- Small lemon squeezed1 unit(s)
- Chopped fresh marjoram1 dessert spoon
- Chopped fresh parsley1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Season the fish with salt, pepper, marjoram and lemon.
- Roast on a grill rack until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- Finish with the parsley and serve next.
