- Crayfish1 kg
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Herbs10 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Heat the skillet well
- Add the oil and let it boil for 30 seconds.
- Add the shelled crayfish with salt and pepper to taste. Let one side grill for 2 minutes, turn the side and let grill for another two minutes.
- Add the butter, garlic and herbs and stir for another 1 minute.
- Then just serve. It goes well with salads and pasta. 😋
