- medium peeled and cleaned shrimp1 kg
- Ginger30 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Garlic - clove2 unit(s)
- Heat a skillet well and separate the shrimp into 4 portions.
- Add 1 tsp of olive oil for each serving.
- Place each portion in the bowl for 2.5 minutes, turning once for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
- After grilling the shrimp, separate in a pyrex, refractory or pot
- When the 4 portions are ready, return all portions simultaneously to the skillet, add the garlic and grated ginger, along with the spoon of butter. Stir for 30 to 45 seconds. Then just take the table. A delight 😋
