- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cumin1 coffee spoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Curry powder1 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder1 coffee spoon
- Wash the shrimp and dry well with a paper towel. Reserve In a bowl, add the spices and mix well. Dip the shrimp into the mixture one by one. Place a non-stick skillet over high heat with the oil and wait for it to heat up well. Place the prawns in the skillet and leave for 2 minutes without stirring. Flip the prawns and leave for another two minutes. And your prawns are ready. A tip: You can serve it with mashed manioc which goes very well 😋Enjoy your meal
