Grilled Salmon with Creamy Broccoli Rice

- White rice (ready)3 cup
- Broccoli (cut small)100 g
- Butter100 g
- cream50 g
- Panko flour100 g
- Thyme (branches)2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Chives and parsley to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Salmon: Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and place over high heat. Fry the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden. Remember to turn and remove carefully, as salmon is very delicate.
- Creamy Broccoli Rice: Melt half of the butter (50g) and then add the broccoli until golden brown. Add the 3 cups of ready-made rice (it can be that rice left over from lunch or dinner). Stir and let it warm up a bit. Then add enough cream to make it creamy. Adjust the salt and freshly ground black pepper and add parsley and chives to taste.
- Herb flakes: Melt the other half of the butter (50g), add the thyme and oregano. Then the panko flour and let it get crispy. Add freshly ground black pepper, adjust the salt and turn off the heat. Finish with parsley and chives.
- Mount as in the image.
