- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon juice1 unit(s)

- Palm oil1 teaspoon

- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- wash the cauliflower
- Put a pan of water to boil. Once it reaches boiling, add a little salt.
- Add the chopped cauliflower into smaller pieces and cook for 4 minutes. The cauliflower should be tender but not falling apart.
- Process the cauliflower in a food processor until it has the texture of a couscous. Heat a pan with oil and add the minced garlic and capers. Then the processed cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve.
- Season the Tilapia fillet with salt, garlic and lemon juice.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with olive oil and palm oil.
- Grill the Tilapia for approximately 2 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve the filet with the couscous accompanied by lemon to enhance the flavor. Capriche in plating.
