- Tilapia fillet1 kg
- Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Seasonings of your choice for fish to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Season the fillets with the indicated seasonings or add the seasonings of your choice.
- Leave to marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet and place the fillets.
- Let it grill without stirring so as not to break up the pieces.
- When browned, carefully turn the fish to the other side.
- Tip: serve with cream of corn or mashed potatoes and white rice. A wine goes well 😉
