- Fuba2 cup
- Oil for frying1 cup
- Season the fillet with salt, pepper and lemon and the minced garlic and set aside for about 10 minutes.
- On a plate put the fuba. To bread the fillets. I did well with the fuba.
- In a deep pan put the oil and let it heat up. I put 3 fillets for absorbing the oil. And your breaded fillet will be ready
