- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal3/4 cup
- Spicy Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the fillets with salt, pepper, lemon and set aside.
- In a separate container, mix the flour, cornmeal, paprika and salt.
- Take the fillets and pass in this dry mixture, pressing to be breaded.
- Take a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil, accommodate the fillets and with a brush brush the fillets with olive oil a few times.
- Bake at 200° for approximately 25/30 min turning halfway through.
- It's very golden, crispy and dry!
