- Recipe
- Lard2 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic300 g
- Salt500 g
- Bahian seasoning1 tablespoon
- Paprika1 tablespoon
- Saffron1 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- In a pan melt the pork lard and fry the garlic well until it turns golden
- Add salt and mix well
- Add the rest of the seasonings and mix very well until the salt is very dry.
- Allow to cool and store in jars with a lid at room temperature
- This seasoning keeps very well for up to 30 days or more.
