- Cream cheese100 g
- Water1/2 cup
- Flour1/4 cup
- Panko Flour1 cup
- Boiled Japanese rice1/2 cup
- Oil for frying1 unit(s)
- Straw sweet potato to taste
- Open the seaweed and arrange the Japanese rice only halfway
- Place a strip of salmon and a strip of cream cheese and close the sushi forming a roll.
- Pass this roll in the dough of water and flour mixed
- Involve well in the dough and coat with panko flour, and take it to the freezer for a few minutes while the oil heats up.
- Fry the whole roll under immersion in hot oil, after fried cut by portioning each roll yields 6 to 8 hot holl
