- Shrimp500 g
- Catupiry or Requeijão1 can(s)
- Mozzarella300 kg
- Milk Cream1 can(s)
- Rice to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Corn1 can(s)
- Pea1 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- Make traditional rice, let it cool and set aside.
- Sauté the prawns with garlic and butter, salt to taste.
- Mix the rice with the prawns in a mold or marinex.
- Add the coriander, corn and peas.
- Put the catupiry or cottage cheese and the cream.
- Stir well until they are involved.
- Finally make a layer of mozzarella and take it to the oven to gratin.
- Serve with Potato Straw.
