- Clean medium shrimp2 kg
- Cooked rice2 cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
- Ham200 g
- Cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Fresh cream400 g
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Pea4 tablespoon
- Straw Potato1 cup
- Green smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sauté the cleaned shrimp in a hot pan with oil and set aside.
- In the same pan, place the butter and add the chopped onion and garlic.
- Add the ham cut into thin strips.
- Add the cream and cream cheese.
- Add the prawns already sautéed, the peas and the rice already cooked.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add half of the grated mozzarella and mix well.
- Pass all this mixture to a refractory and on top put the rest of the mozzarella cheese and all the Parmesan cheese.
- Take it to gratin.
- After gratin, put the green smell and potato straw and serve.
- Note: Rice can be cooked in water. I cooked it in the shrimp shell broth for a more refined flavor.
