- Chopped Mozzarella200 g

- Butter2 tablespoon
- Straw Potato1 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon, let marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a pan add the butter and then put the shrimp
- saute Be careful with the shrimp's cooking time, the point is when it starts to turn pink.
- Then add peas, cream, ham, mozzarella and cottage cheese, mix and add the rice.
- Place in a refractory, cover with mozzarella and take it to the oven for 15 minutes.
