- Whole milk500 ml
- Nutmeg to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- For the white sauce: In a pan, start putting the margarine as soon as it melts, add the wheat flour, be careful not to burn it, when it forms a dough, add the milk gradually and stir with the help of a fouet so that the sauce is homogeneous. As soon as the sauce thickens, add grated nutmeg, adjust the salt, and set aside.
- Fry the prawns in the olive oil or oil, until they are golden brown (or to the point you like). In a refractory, add: the cooked rice, the sauce, the peas, the chopped ham, the shrimp and mix well (reserve some shrimp for garnish). Cover with mozzarella cheese to taste, take it to the oven to melt the cheese, add the potato straw on top and enjoy this wonder!
