- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Shrimp500 g
- Salt to taste
- Cup of Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Can of Sour Cream1 unit(s)
- Shredded Mozzarella300 g
- Grated Ham200 g
- Pea100 g
- Cooked rice250 g
- Straw potato to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Sauté the garlic and onion in a pan with olive oil.
- Add the prawns and let it brown.
- Season with salt to taste.
- With the shrimp ready, add the cream, the cottage cheese, ⅔ of the mozzarella, the peas, the rice and the ham.
- Mix everything very well.
- Turn off the fire and transfer to a refractory platter.
- Spread the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 250°C for 15 minutes or until browned.
- Remove from the oven and finish with straw potatoes and parsley.
- Serve your spectacular international shrimp!
