- Shrimp without shell and clean500 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Catupiry3 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Mozzarella200 g
- Ham200 g
- Cooked rice250 g
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Straw Potato to taste
- Saute onion in butter, add salt and shrimp until pink.
- Add the catupiry, cream, grated mozzarella and stir.
- Put the raw ham and after it forms a cream, add the cooked rice and mix.
- Place in a refractory and add grated parmesan.
- Bake at 180° until browned.
- Serve with potato chips.
