- Clean kid lambaris500 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Minced garlic20 g
- Clove lemons2 unit(s)
- Oil to taste
- Organic cornmeal4 cup
- Season the lambaris with salt, garlic, black pepper and clove lime. Reserve.
- Heat the oil in a large pan.
- Meanwhile, place the cornmeal in a bowl and coat the lambaris.
- Fry until golden, remove from the pan with the help of a slotted spoon and let drain on a paper towel before serving.
