- Tilapia fillet400 g
- Squeezed lemon (I used Sicilian)1 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Tomato slices to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Butter for grilling fish2 teaspoon
- Start by seasoning the tilapia fillets with lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano to taste and leave in this seasoning for about 10 minutes.
- Place the butter in the non-stick frying pan and let it melt, place the tilapia fillets and the tomato slices (add salt to the tomato slices) and wait to cook with the lid covered for a few minutes.
- Remove the lid and check the doneness of the tilapia fillets (they should be soft and cooked) carefully turn them aside and let them cook for another 3 minutes until the tomatoes are well cooked
- Serve then 😋
