- Butter1 tablespoon
- Whole milk1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Large Shrimp10 unit(s)
- Gather the whole family at home to cure the Carnival hangover!! With this wonderful recipe!
- Come on! Peel the manioc, cut it into small pieces, place it in a pan, cover it with water and bring it to a high heat;
- As soon as they cook and become very soft, drain the water from the pan and turn off the heat;
- Squeeze the mandioquinhas, with a fork or a juicer, add the butter, the milk and mix;
- Turn on the medium heat, add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese melts. If you need it, hit the salt;
- Peel the prawns, clean and sauté in butter until done.
- Arrange the plate! Decorate it however you like! And Voila! 🔥
