- Raw white rice1/2 cup
- Tilapia fillet200 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Black olive1 tablespoon
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cut 1 tomato into cubes and sauté it with two spoons of onion, as soon as it is sautéed, add a spoonful of tomato paste and add raw rice, season with salt and black pepper, top up with water and let it cook
- Season the tilapia fillet with salt and black pepper, lightly dip in flour and place on the grill
- As soon as the fish is grilled, remove it and in the same pan add the tomato cut into cubes without seeds and black olives.
