- Rice2 cup
- Tilapia fillet400 g
- Tomato3 unit(s)
- Black olive2 tablespoon
- Tomato extract1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Cut 2 tomatoes into cubes and sauté with 2 tablespoons of onion, as soon as sauté add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and add the raw rice season with salt and black pepper, top up with water and let it cook
- Season the tilapia fillet with salt and black pepper, lightly dip in flour and place on the grill
- As soon as the fish is grilled, remove it, and in the same pan add the seedless diced tomato and the black olive and basil, let it cook and serve over the fish.
