  • Fish fillets (dog, bass or whiting)3 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice50 ml
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato 🍅 chopped (skinless and seedless)3 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic to taste
  • Chives and chopped coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Colorau to taste
  • Girl's finger pepper (optional) remove part of the seeds1/2 unit(s)
  1. Season the fish with lemon 🍋 salt and pepper 15 minutes beforehand.
  2. Heat a clay pot or other material, add the oil, sauté the garlic, part of the onion then add part of the tomato.
  3. Place the pieces on top of the stew and spread the rest of the onion and tomato 🍅 on top of them, add the green smell
  4. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Serve with white rice and pirão (you can use a little of the moqueca broth to make it)
