- Fish fillets (dog, bass or whiting)3 unit(s)
- Lemon juice50 ml
- Olive oil50 ml
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato 🍅 chopped (skinless and seedless)3 unit(s)
- Minced garlic to taste
- Chives and chopped coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Colorau to taste
- Girl's finger pepper (optional) remove part of the seeds1/2 unit(s)
- Season the fish with lemon 🍋 salt and pepper 15 minutes beforehand.
- Heat a clay pot or other material, add the oil, sauté the garlic, part of the onion then add part of the tomato.
- Place the pieces on top of the stew and spread the rest of the onion and tomato 🍅 on top of them, add the green smell
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve with white rice and pirão (you can use a little of the moqueca broth to make it)
