- The mullet in this preparation is without the central spine (Peixeiro Amigo makes it perfect for you). The first step is to handle the thawed fish.
- Mix all the seasonings for a marinade to be used on the fish. Use on both sides and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Use one of the sheets to cover the fish and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. If it's on the grill, 10 minutes on each side.
- Remove the fish from the banana leaf and place it in the other one for finishing. Side dishes: Vegetables, rice, shrimp, farofa and Chimichurri. Enjoy your food!
